Mahesh Tutorials Commerce has adopted a flippped-classroom teaching methodology with the introduction of its Learning Management System. The LMS is a complete learning solution for the students, wherein they can study their syllabus, take tests, clear doubts and assess their preparation for the entire academic year. A flipped classroom teaching methodology ensures better comprehension, higher retention and application of concepts. The student views recorded lectures of modules on tablets as per the time table and answers MCQ s at their home. The teacher then teaches the same topic in class, thus ensuring a higher level of interaction and knowledge flow. At the end of each class, students attempt MCQs which results in better retention. All student activity and performance is monitored by teachers on the Learning Management System, enabling a more personalized learning.
